Working Hours

The normal workweek is 45 hours. The working hours are from 8:00 to 18:00, Monday through Friday. The starting times may vary according to the locations and shifts of the plants.

Leave Policy : 

• 1-5 years: 18 working days
• 5-15 years: 22 working days
• 15 years + : 26 working days
• Leave is usually taken during the summer months

Social and Recreation Facilities: There are recreation facilities, social clubs and restaurants in Bolu and Eskişehir for employees working in the city. In other plants, there are cafeterias and recreation areas.
