Remuneration at Arçelik is based on performance and capabilities. There are two pay adjustments per year. One takes place at the beginning of the year and is based on your performance and the inflation rate; the other takes place in the middle of the year and is based on the inflation rate. You will receive 16 gross salaries per annum.
