The leading company of the Durable Consumer Goods Sector, Arçelik A.Ş., has collaborated with Koç University School of Business and became the first international company of Turkey that attended to Community of European Management Schools and International Companies (CEMS) that is the world-scale strategic network of business schools and multinational companies. Koç University School of Business has joined to CEMS officially in December 2009 and is going to accept students to CEMS MIM (Master in International Management) for the academic year 2010-2011. With CEMS MIM, the University aims to educate future business leaders that have international vision by bringing together the high standing international companies and the students that aim to build an international career.

Prof. Dr. Barış Tan also stated that with this collaboration, Arçelik may have exchange of ideas on issues such as international human resources management, talent management with other companies within the CEMS Union and also have the opportunity to benefit from the services of CEMS.
CEMS MIM Programme ranks number one on The Financial Times List
Community of European Management Schools and International Companies (CEMS), which is the world-scale strategic network of business schools and multinational companies, includes 28 schools and more than 50 companies from 4 continents. Koç University School of Business is the first and only school in Turkey to join CEMS Union. The CEMS MIM – International Management Masters Degree Programme had high rankings during 2005-2008 on Financial Times list, and risen the bar in 2009 and was ranked number one among all the Masters Programmes in international management. This year’s championship proved once more that CEMS Union is based on a multinational and multicultural understanding.
