Turkey’s leader brand in acclimatization products Arçelik has presented its state-of-the-art technology, environmentally-conscious, and energy-saving commercial and room air conditioners for its customers at its newly-opened Altunizade Arçelik Air Conditioner Store. Koç Holding’s Chairman of the Board of Directors Mustafa V. Koç, the CEO of Koç Holding Turgay Durak, the President of Koç Holding Durable Goods Group and the General Manager of Arçelik A.Ş. Levent Çakıroğlu and Arçelik A.Ş. Assistant General Manager of Sales for Turkey, Middle East, Africa, and Turkic Republics Sales Şirzat Subaşı attended the opening ceremony of the new store.
The VRS Multiace Air Conditioners in Arçelik’s Air Conditioner Store where all products are being exhibited in an operable condition reinforce Arçelik’s challenging position in the sector.
Targeting the market leadership in air conditioners with products that work with variable refrigerant flow technology that it released into the market in 2009, Arçelik creates difference with its highly-efficient, silent, VRS Multi Ace Systems product group which is compatible with building automation systems and allows connecting 64 indoor units to a single outdoor unit. The VRS Multi Ace systems provide heating at -20°C as well as flexibility in design and comfort in usage with the possibility of piping up to 1,000 meters.
Arçelik launched the VRS Therma Green heat pump, which meets heating-cooling and daily hot water requirements from only one source. Being more economical and more environmentally-friendly compared to the current fossil-fuel systems, the VRS Therma Green air-to-water heat pumps are being exhibited in the new air conditioner store. Arçelik Air Conditioner Store’s heating-cooling and utility hot water requirements are also being met by this system. While these devices onto which solar energy panels can be mounted are increasing energy saving on the one side, they also drop carbon monoxide emission on the other side.
Another product group eminent in the Arçelik Air Conditioner Store is the Multi Inverter System. These air conditioners in which DC Inverter Compressors are used consume 50% less energy compared to the standard ones. The Multi Inverter Systems which prevent visual pollution by operating quite a number of indoor units by only one outdoor unit run very silently thanks to their BLDC Fan motors and they are capable to perform efficient heating even under low outside temperatures. Thanks to the ease-of-installation it provides, it has become a preferable technology for the designers and applicators particularly for tall buildings and large spaces.
